See who is behind, how full your buildings are and what every unit earns, and on Professional and Premium a financial report with a health score.
Add managers and decide, building by building, exactly what each can see and do.
Tenants see their lease, pay rent and bills, and send requests — without paying for anything.

We take security seriously so you can focus on managing your properties with peace of mind.
Who can see what is decided on our servers, building by building, for every request — not just hidden in the app.
Everything travels over HTTPS and is stored encrypted, and sign-in sessions are kept out of reach of page scripts.
Your records are backed up regularly, so a mistake or a failure does not lose them.
We never sell your data. It is shared only with the services that run Mina, such as Chapa for payments, as our Privacy Policy lists.
One invoice from the utility company, several sub-meters in the building. Mina turns the readings into a bill for every unit, collects the payments, and keeps the whole month on record, with or without the rest of property management.

Enter the electricity bill and each sub-meter's reading. Mina works out the price per kWh and every unit's share, and the shares add up to the invoice exactly. No invoice yet? Bill at a rate you set.
Bill water, or any other charge, as a set amount per unit alongside electricity.
Let tenants submit their own meter readings. You review each one before it is billed, and decide building by building who may send.
Tenants pay through Chapa, or record a bank or Telebirr transfer with a photo of the receipt for you to confirm.
Tenants are notified when a bill is issued, see the reading, kWh used and rate behind it, and can ask about it in one thread per bill.
A utility-only account bills whoever lives in a unit, with no leases or contracts, and can hand billing to a manager. Bills close on an Ethiopian date — monthly, or whenever the invoice arrives.
Every plan runs the whole rent cycle, from lease to receipt. Pick the one that fits how many tenants you have and who helps you run them. Your first month is free.
Includes sub-metered electricity and water billing at no extra subscription — you pay 10 ETB per tenant on every bill, only when you bill.
